In an artless goverment......

If I lived in any place where the heads or government restricted or banned any to all types of art I'd go nuts. Art, whether its with writing, drawing, painting, photography, or anything for that matter, the world wouldn't be the same at all. Without the freedom to express ourselves in different ways, emotions bottle up more. What if you were someone who didn't really like the world. Who lived a pretty dull, dark & dim life. What would you do? Can't truly do much without art. No real true way to say what your wouldn't or couldn't say normally. What would happen to you? Everything, thoughts, feelings and everything upon everything that happened to you stayed there. No-one else knowing or understanding. I think, if you were that person, you'd go nuts too.

Begining work of Beauty

For the beauty project for Photo, Vasa told me to be creative after I said I like to create more then take. She gave me the idea for glow-in-the-dark stars in my project. I got the idea for a 3-D kinda project. Shoebox Starry scene. I've only started it but i got a basic idea started.

Dark, semi-blurry city pictures from last year, Black&Blue crayons, Black constuction paper, Blue construction paper so far.

Now for pipe cleaners, string, stars, and a toy boat maybe? I don't know yet.

Lets see how this ends up....maybe I can use my boredom as a plus for once...

Class/Project/Photography Related topic...as of now thats honestly difficult...

A topic that is free but yet has to be about either class, photography, or our project related. My mind isn't exactly on any of the above topics. At all to be honest. I personally have a lot on my mind and it's all out of school related. But I guess, from the confusion, business and everything going on, I could use that to my advantage.

For the photo project, beauty, I kinda wanna use a song I'm currently obsessed with as my idea behind it. "Just A Dream" by: Christina Grimmie, Sam Tsu, and Nelly.

I am absolutely in LOVE with this song. And yes I know I've said it before but I really mean it with this one. I'm not one to stick to one kind of thing for too long without losing attention or interest in it. Or simply due to the fact I'm overly lazy when it comes to somethings that require unique work unless I'm free to do it how and when I want. Getting the result I wanted from the begining.

My idea, or idea behind said idea, is like this: Since the idea for the moon & stars had failed, I wanna find a different way of incorporating it. If I can't shoot them directly, try indirectly taking a similar picture with that meaning/idea behind it. And I'm not exactly sure what I plan to do just now. But I think I'm on to a few possibilities. I, actually for once, wanna show the person I really am and what I can really do. Not who I hide and show everyone that I am. Time to show me.
